By creating an account on FamilyBuddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete. You agree to keep your details accurate and up to date.
3. Profile and conduct
You agree to create a genuine profile and to use the Service for its intended purpose — finding a genuine relationship. You will not create fraudulent profiles, impersonate others, post misleading content, engage in harassment, solicit money, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove any profile we believe violates these rules.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@familybuddy.com. We may suspend or close accounts that are used improperly or in breach of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to FamilyBuddy and may not be reproduced without permission. By uploading content to your profile, you grant us a limited licence to display it in connection with the Service.
6. Use of the Service
Your membership includes free user registration, a basic profile with photo upload and editing, and access to public areas of the website. Certain interactive features may be added over time and will be subject to these same terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the Service reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. FamilyBuddy is a platform for introductions; we do not warrant the suitability of any member as a partner and each member is responsible for their own safety and decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyBuddy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile page. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service for conduct we reasonably believe breaches these Terms of Service.
